Pain Scale (0–10)
Emoji-based pain scale from 0 (None) to 10 (Unbearable). Patient selects their pain level visually — clear, fast, and accurate even for patients with low literacy.

Structured measurement grid — Small (S), Medium (M), Deep (D) palpation findings recorded for Right (R) and Left (L) sides. Captures regional examination data precisely.
